Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your 3D scanner, cables, and calibration kits in the original box to prevent any damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Ship the Item
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our designated service center; we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value electronic equipment.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
